I’m an experienced software engineer and web developer, specialising in cyber security. I recently graduated from the University of Southampton, studying MEng Computer Science with Cyber Security. Sharon takes care of everything
Buying a property in Spain can be both confusing and complicated for a Norwegian. The language of notaries and public offices is in Spanish and the process is very different than in Norway. I had decided in advance to hire a lawyer to take care of the takeover, but when the agreement with the buyer was ready, Sharon offered to take care of the rest and for a much lower price. Various authorizastions were signed and Sharon arranged an NIE and bank account. The sale price was transferred and finally the meeting with the notary public. Any skepticism was long gone. Sharon is also a "keyholder". She periodically checks on the apartment to make sure that everything is in order and keeps me updated. In addition, she picks me and my family up and drives us back to the airport when we travel to spain and prepares the apartment for our arrival. All bills and communication with the public entities, insurances amongst other things also go through Sharon meaning I do not have to worry about not getting all the info. She has also made sure all is set up online from banking to bills so I am always aware of what is going on in my foreign accounts. My Spanish is very bad so far, so when I was going to buy a car I got Sharon to join. She not only negociated an amazing deal on a fantastic car which is great, but Sharon treated me like a friend througout which made it even more of an ejoyable procees. What it cost to hire her was quickly earned in a reduced price and longer warranty. Sharon is full of energy, has a winning nature and her good mood is contagious. I have no problem recommending Sharon!
